Steps to get cleared to participate in Athletics at Trabuco Hills High School:
1.) Go to Home Campus
2.) Register / Create an account under 2023-2024 school year
3.) Create an account
4.) Follow steps to input registration data
5.) Print sports screening paper work
6.) Upload the completed sports screening form. Paperwork MUST be signed, stamped, and dated and with a physician recommendation (LAST PAGE ONLY)
7.) Finalize with electronic parent / student signatures
