Swim Team Weekly Recap - March 3rd

The Girls team continued to work hard with coach Lagerborg, Burrola, and Doherty. Our Boys team focused on Breaststroke. In fact, we call it Breastroke Week in addition to our regular conditioning we studied video and drills devoted to Breastroke. The highlight of the week’s workouts came when one of our Captains, Josh Bromby designed and led practice for the team. New swimmers got to know Josh and hear how he started here at THHS. Mustang Swimming returned to Los Amigos for the 37th Annual Swim Relays. This is a fun meet for our newer swimmers. We improved 13 places over last year! On Wednesday and Friday ASB produced a Lip Sync (music video). Look for it as it’s school-wide production of the THHS athletic teams.
